The Transport Industry has had a rough start to 2011 with the effects of natural disasters, particularly the flooding in Victoria and Queensland, and Cyclone Yasi in North Queensland. However, the industry has demonstrated its importance to the Australian economy and its ability to help these areas overcome this adversity.
